Our remote consultation model has been used by owners in New England, the Hamptons, California, the Pacific Northwest, and overseas. The work is the same as our on-site engagements; only the format changes.

A focused two-hour engagement. Site walk, assessment, and a written summary of what we found and what we recommend. The starting point for any larger engagement.

A primary residence, a country place, a coastal property. You want each one to express the same philosophy and design language without managing three different firms. The remote model gives you one strategist across the portfolio.

Thinking before committing.

You are evaluating a property, considering a purchase, or trying to understand what a property is actually capable of before you invest. A strategy consultation gives you a senior read on the land before you commit capital.

How a remote engagement runs

A structured process,
not a long-distance phone call.

Discovery call

15 minutes. We talk about your property, your goals, and whether the remote model is a fit. By the end, you will know which engagement makes sense and what the realistic next step is.

Property immersion package

You send us imagery, survey documents, drone footage if available, soil tests if available, and a walking video. We analyze hydrology, soil, sun, microclimates, and the existing ecology. Most clients are surprised by how much the land tells us before we ever set foot on it.

Strategic session

A focused 60 - 90 minute video conversation. We walk through what your property is actually capable of, the design pathways available, the trade-offs, and the financial leverage where applicable. Most clients describe this as the most clarifying conversation they have had about their own land.

Bespoke documentation

A written deliverable specific to your property. Recommended pathways, phasing, planting principles, structural recommendations, and a pathway map for local execution. The document is yours to keep and to share with whoever ends up executing.

Follow-up access

Questions come up as you execute. The remote engagement includes a follow-up window for email and phone access so we are still in your corner as decisions arise. Many clients choose to convert into a retainer for ongoing strategic input across phases.

$1K +

One strategic session, one written deliverable. The right format if you have a specific question or want a senior strategic read on a property you are evaluating or already own.

ii  Hourly

Hourly engagement

Pay for strategic input as you need it. Most appropriate for owners executing a project and needing periodic expert input. Hours can be drawn down across calls, document review, and pathway guidance.

iii  Retainer

Ongoing retainer

Quarterly or annual retainer for multi-property owners and clients executing across multiple phases. Direct line access, scheduled strategic check-ins, and continuity across the work.
