Eden & Dane offers Property Beautification as an entry-level engagement for these situations. Targeted interventions. Foundation plantings refreshed. Garden beds renovated. Screening composed. Entry sequence reconsidered. The work is fast, scoped, and visibly transformative within days or weeks rather than months.

This is the same design discipline applied to a tighter scope. We do not phone in the smaller engagements. The composition, the plant selection, the spatial logic - all of it gets the same attention as a multi-acre estate plan, scaled to the specific intervention you have in mind.

Many of our Beautification clients return for a full Regenerative Estate Plan within twelve to twenty-four months. This is by design. The smaller engagement is a low-stakes introduction to how we work.

The plantings closest to the house.

Replacement and recomposition of the foundation plantings that frame the architecture. Most homes have foundation plantings that were installed at construction and never reconsidered. A refresh transforms how the house reads from the street.

Better than starting over.

Existing garden beds rebuilt with stronger composition, better plant selection, and a structure that holds across seasons. Often more transformative than tearing out and replanting, and substantially less expensive.

The drive, the front walk, the area immediately surrounding the front door. The first thirty feet of the property carry disproportionate weight in how the home is experienced. Often the highest-impact intervention for the budget.
