Complete service and care for
properties and developments.
Every engagement begins with reading the land, and ends with a property that produces, appreciates, and rewards attention. Three ways in, and a scale of engagement built for your property.
Three ways to begin.
Remote Strategy Consultation
A senior read on your property, delivered as a written strategy document. Site analysis from imagery, drawings, and drone data. Prioritized recommendations you can act on with your own team.
- Whole-property assessment
- Prioritized action plan
- Plant palette and vendor guidance
- 60-minute follow-up call
Regenerative Estate Plan
The full master plan. On-site walk, hydrology and sun-path analysis, whole-property design, phased implementation, and a delivery document detailed enough to build from. Conservation program strategy and incentive analysis included where applicable.
- On-site consultation and walk
- Site analysis: soil, water, sun, wind
- Whole-property master plan
- Phased implementation roadmap
- Conservation and incentive strategy
- Two revision rounds
Design and Build Partnership
Design through installation, with our field team executing the work under direct oversight. Coordination with your architect, pool contractor, security, and irrigation trades. One accountable relationship from concept to completion, with an optional stewardship retainer for ongoing management.
- Everything in Tier 02
- Full installation management
- Trade coordination
- Stewardship retainer path
- Priority scheduling
What projects at your scale typically cost.
The plan is a fraction of the total investment. Below is a working guide to help you budget realistically for a whole-systems project on your property. Actual costs are scoped after the master plan and depend on selected phases, materials, and pace.
Every engagement earns its money back over time - through food yield, water savings, energy offset, conservation reimbursements, and property value appreciation.
Ranges reflect typical whole-systems installations at each scale. Simpler engagements and phased approaches can materially reduce total investment. We are transparent about pricing throughout.
The craft inside the design.
Every Eden and Dane engagement draws on founder Dane Hoover's background in Sustainable Architectural Design - a systems-first discipline that treats land, buildings, and inhabitants as one working ecosystem. What follows is the toolkit we bring to that thinking, at every scale.
Sustainability Assessments
LEED-aligned methodology, whole-property audit across water, soil, energy, ecology, food, and materials. Scored, quantified, and repeated at milestones to prove change.
Sustainable Materials
Materials locally sourced and chosen for low impact but bulletproof duration.
Passive Design Integration
Wind blocks, thermal mass placement, shade-tree siting, and building-envelope collaboration with architects on new construction. Rooted in Sustainable Architectural Design principles.
Edible Landscape Design
Ornamental food gardens where every plant does double duty. Food forests, culinary hedges, medicinal beds - beauty and function inseparable.
Regenerative Land Restoration
Recovery of degraded, compacted, or exhausted land through soil rebuilding, cover crops, biomass, and living systems. Multi-year turnaround.
Rainwater Systems
Passive catchment and cistern systems, routed to orchards, gardens, or livestock.
Solar Integration
Panel siting worked into the landscape from the start. Aesthetic and productive.
Heritage and Grafted Stock
Named-variety orchard trees, grafted pawpaws, cold-hardy figs, and heritage cultivars from our own nursery or trusted partners.
Conservation Programs
VCAP, NRCS, EQIP, and Virginia easement navigation. The paperwork, the math, and the timelines.
Aerial Mapping and Analysis
Drone survey, hydrology reading, and sun-path mapping. Every design starts from the property's behavior.
Pricing, timeline, and process.
Why is the Estate Plan a starting point, not just an option?
How does pricing work end to end?
How long from first call to installed landscape?
Do you work outside the DC metro?
Can you coordinate with our architect, pool contractor, and existing landscape crew?
Can you help with conservation programs and tax strategy?
Not sure which tier?
That is what the call is for.
