An on-site walk & consultation

If we're a fit, we spend a few hours walking your land together. Soil, sun, water, sightlines, and the way you actually live there. Most clients tell us this is the most clarifying conversation they have had about their own property.

A bespoke plan

A complete design specific to your land. Stone, water, structure, planting, soil, and water systems. Tax and conservation pathways mapped where they apply. Phased so you can build in stages if you want.

Install & steward

For full builds, Dane directs the install personally. Stone crews, planters, and accessory builders work under his direct oversight. Most clients keep us on a multi-year stewardship pathway as the property comes into itself.
